Dispute resolution mechanism
In the procurement contract, if any dispute arises between the local authority and the person, firm, organization or company receiving the contract during the implementation of the contract, the mechanism for resolving the dispute may be mentioned in the contract. When referring to the dispute resolution mechanism, it can be mentioned that the resolution of the dispute of the purchase agreement with the contract value up to 1000 rupees should be done by the adjudicator (adjudicator) and the resolution of the dispute of the purchase contract with a higher contract value should be done by the three-member dispute resolution committee (Dispute Adjudication Board). The appointment of the decision-maker and the constitution of the dispute resolution committee and the tasks, duties and rights shall be as mentioned in the contract.
